EqualStart Foundation was born from a simple belief: every student deserves a fair chance to succeed, regardless of their starting point. Founded by Justin Tang and Carmen Faouk Al Aadah, our journey began during the summer of 2022 with a vision to create opportunities for students and young adults through free tutoring, mentoring, and community support.
