Program Description

The CICE Program at Georgian College is designed for students with diverse learning challenges who require academic accommodations and curriculum modifications.

Program Highlights:

  • Core and Integrated Courses: Students enhance academic and vocational skills through personalized and inclusive coursework.
  • Field Placements: Opportunities to apply learning in real-world settings to prepare for entry-level employment.

Admission Requirements

  1. Education Background:
    • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or Ontario Secondary School Certificate (OSSC), OR
    • Be at least 19 years of age on the first day of classes.
  2. Academic Needs:
    • Demonstrated need for curriculum modification, accommodations, and Learning Facilitator support.
  3. Independence:
    • Ability to function independently without requiring constant supervision.
