Program Description
The CICE Program at Lambton College is a fully integrated two-year program designed for individuals with learning challenges such as developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and other related conditions.
Program Highlights:
- Customized Learning: Students take modified courses tailored to their academic abilities.
- Field Placements: Gain practical vocational experience through career-based placements.

- Culinary Management

- Sports & Recreation Management
- Social Service Worker

- Support Services: CICE Learning Specialists and Employment Liaison offer in-class support, weekly tutoring, and job coaching.
Upon successful completion, graduates earn an Ontario College Certificate in Community Integration through Co-operative Education (CICE).
Admission Requirements
- Age Requirement:
- Be 19 years or older on the first day of classes.
- Educational Background:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or Ontario Secondary School Certificate (OSSC).
- Independence:
- Must function independently without requiring constant support.
- Academic Needs:
- Demonstrated need for curriculum modification.
- Transportation:
- Ability to arrange transportation to and from the college and field placements.
